I was involved in a car accident, and i chose Criado Law Group to help me out with my case. Tania was always keeping me updating on my case. Their staff was always very professional and very helpful. This was my first major accident, so i would recommend to family and friends. more

These guys are great ... they have a very Austin-feel to them. They obviously know what they are doing based upon their success rate, and they do not feel intimidating - I felt comfortable talking to them about my injury accident ...I worked with Tania who kept me up to date on my case and was very professional. I was referred to Mr. Criado by a friend after I was hit by a lady too old and deaf to be driving. I thought it was going to be a simple thing to deal with since the police wrote the lady a citation and said she made an illegal turn. But nooooo, the insurance co had to make it difficult. Mr. Criado took my little case and helped me work through the process. Ms. Tania kept me in the loop. They offered to help with a rental car and expenses too! i don't know what I would have done without them helping me process my claim. I was involved in a car accident,and I didn't have a car to get to work. So I called the Criado law group and they helped me right away. I was in a rental, and within tme my case was settled. The staff was very helpful, and called me back right away unlike other law offices. Mr. criado was very understand and answered any of my concerns. In the end I was very pleased and satisfied with the way my case was handled and settled. I was back in my vechilcle, without having to pay anything out of my pocket. CLG represented me for an accident I had were a drunk driver hit me from behind. As it being my first accident I really didn't know how to handle the case. Mr. Criado assursed me that there was nothing to worry about and they would handle it for me. I am 100% happy with the outcome. I gave Craido Law group my case around May and it was just finalized. I'm happy that it didn't take as long as most people have their auto accidents settled. I found the staff helpful well I only talked to Tania involving my case and anytime that I needed more information about my case or an update about what was going on with my case she was very professional and always took time to notify me when something was changing or about to be closed. I was going to handle my settlement case with the injury adjuster on my own, but i'm glad that I didn't because Craido Law group helped me out tremendously. I'm a former employee there. Mr. Criado definitely has his hand way too full to be running his own law firm. He picks favorites and doesn't even give the new employees a chance. The staff is always gossiping and on myspace. Actually the girl Tanya got fired from a previous law firm for talking smack about her law firm on myspace and now she is handling cases. Shes still a child and needs to grow up! They all bring their drama to work and it was unbearable to work there. Instead of getting pay raises . Mr. Criado would take us out to eat. Also his girlfriend would come in. with an attitude.. she was extremely rude and just got in the way most of the time. If you choose to go there.. pick Sherry she is great but STAY AWAY FROM TANYA! more

one of the most unprofessional law firms I've ever ran into. the place seems casual - jeans, etc - not to mention the girls were chatting up about some guys and myspace like giddy high school girls, while i was waiting there. wouldn't mind it so much, except that the final quality of work related to the firm's profession (law) was poor. Pros: bilingual (?) Cons: didn't seem to focus on the case more
