This Company is a SCAM! \r
On June 12, 2012 I signed a contract with Creteman Concrete to install a stamped concrete patio in my back yard and walkway for the front of my house. The price quoted for was $3582.00 and I had to pay 50% of the cost as a down payment. The down payment came out to $1791.00. I was informed by the sales representative that I would get a call from the office ladies and they would schedule a date for the work to be completed. I never heard from the company. After a month I finally was able to reach them and was told the job would be done in August. August came and went and once again never seen or heard from the company. Finally on September 15th the owner Brian Delawder came to my house to review the work order. Brian was rude and appeared frustrated and upset by the fact that Paul, the sales representative who had initially met with us, had apparently not measured our space correctly and, that he under estimated the price.\r

Brian Delawder the owner was so rude that he even slammed the door on my face as he was leaving my house. After the horrible treatment I began to reseach this company. This company is a SCAM! They currently have 3 Pending Court Cases in just Prince William County not to mention other cases in Charlosttesville, Hanover, Pulaski, Stafford and Spotsylavia. If recommend ayone who has been taken by this company to do the following.\r
1) Contact Better Business Bureau\r
2) Report Company to Department of Professional and Occupational Regulations\r
3) Take them to small court claims. \r
