I have a 3 year old house that they built for me. They couldn't do anything that I asked them to do. In fact, the owner, Ted, even referred to it as his house at one point. They tried talking me out of extra insulation. They wouldn't seal the tile. They put a door on the dining room instead of the requested archway. Then, when I asked about it, they said they could fix for an extra fee. Who gets paid to fix their own mistakes!?! After firing them, we found more problems. The deck was sinking because they put almost no concrete under the supports. Later, we noticed that there were water spots in a few rooms. After investigating, we found no less than SEVEN leaks in the roof. Some of the holes were large enough to stick your finger through! We're still finding more leaks. As a result of the numerous leaks, we now have mold. Save yourself the years of problems these people will create for you. Hire someone else. Hire ANYONE BUT these people.
Pros: They seem to be able to identify hammers correctly.
Cons: Pretty much everything else.
