Crazy Freddie's Motor Sports

I bought 2 bikes from these guys. 1st was a CBR600. I had a co-signer and the finance manager was not discussing with me any payment options until he sees my co-signer. What a BS. I told him I am the one who is gona make payment and I need to know before I make any decisions. It turned out that it was not a monthly payment option instead it was a credit card type deal where I will end up paying huge interest. He didn?t want me to take time and think about this rip-off. Apparently I still ended up buying from them because I got a $9300 sticker price 07 CBR in 09 for 7400. Finance manager?s attitude was as if he was giving me some free service. Sales people (Better call them Crazy Freddy?s Crazy Inmates) didn?t know much about bikes more

I brought in my kawaskai brute force for service last week and they did everything they promised. I put on the winch and plow and I am ready for the snow tomorrow. The price was reasonable and it didn't change. Looking to get another bike this season so I will see how they work on bikes next. more

I recently purchased a motorcycle with my boyfriend from Island Powersports which used to be Crazy Freddie's Motor Sports. It is under new ownership and management than previous years and I have to say the experience was great. The salesperson Jeff was very professional and the finance women made it very easy to get the purchase done. They gave me a free first oil change and was introduced to the service department. I purchased a kawasaki ninja 250 so I know that I will be moving up soon and I will definitely come back to Island Powersports to buy my next bike. more

Stay Away, they may have a lot of bikes but they do the dealers pressure tactics and persuade you to get the high interest loans. Beware from going into a separate room prior to deal closing where they will pressure you to buy the tire and rim protection for over $1000. The closeout deals are priced low, but when you go to buy, they'll make you sign and then add freight and shipping which is about $1000 and then TTL, which jacks up the price. Once the deal is done, they don't know you, they are not even half as attentive and don't explain warranty or anything regarding the bike. You will be clueless where your paper work is, when would it come, and why did they process the complete amount loan when you were ready to make a part payment. I went in to pay the motorcycle, but they went in with my ID and processed a loan in my name as they made me sign some invoice papers. Please stay away from this dealer, especially the two guys, Craig Miller and another one Greg. Pros: Selection is good Cons: Product knowledge is low. Con artist dealer, and pressure tactics more
