MAJOR IMPROVEMENT 9/8/2008

Stopped going a few years back because our favorite waitress no longer worked there. Now she is back. It just wasn't the same with out her laughter and smiles. When she wasn't there the place was not ran properly. We went into Crazy Fire last Monday night, and she was working the sushi bar (the best sushi around-got to try it), She actually remembered us and what we drank from 3 years ago. I was amazed, and so thankful she was there. We will always go to this location especially when the waitstaff takes the time to know your name. The place was clean, organized, and even the cooks were smiling (over the hot grill). Can't wait to go back! If it is your first time just ask for Erin, and she will make sure your experience is wonderful. Thank you for bringing her back!!!!!!! Pros: Service, Cleanliness, Smiles, and Overall Improvement Cons: Favorite waitress can't work 7 days a week more

family friendly 8/5/2008

Me and my family went there. We were greeted with smiles and the waitress talked to us like she had known us forever. The waitstaff seemed to love babies. The other families' children were being peek a booed, and were laughing. They sat us at a table because of safety issues with the highchair. At first I was a little upset, but after the waitstaff explained that the customers carried the food, and the food coming off the grill was steaming hot, it was a safer bet. I was very pleased with this explanation, and was very grateful for them taking the time to care about my child's safety. Most restaurants would not take the time to care. I loved the food. I am on a special diet, and I was able to make my meal and still stay within my guidelines. I love this place. My family and I will always return to this location. The others leave something to be desired. This one rocks!!!!! Pros: great customer service, diet friendly Cons: zero more

Great Concept But Poor Execution... Going Downhill 3/10/2007

We liked this place when it first opened, but it's really gone downhill. Last time we visited, it was dinnertime and very busy. There were about 10 of us around the grill, but only one cook. So the food was getting burned before the guy could scrape it onto plates. Oftentimes the labels on the seasonings are so worn you can't read them. Crazy Fire is a great concept, but the management seems to have lost interest. We've stopped going. Pros: Good Concept Cons: Place is going downhill more

Love this place 2/22/2007

At first, my impression of the place was not good because all the food is raw until the cheifs cook it for you. Now I love this place. You get to go in and choose what you want to eat by choosing the meats, veggies, noodles, spices and sauces. Then you take your food over to a big iron skillet where the cheifs cook your food for you in front of you. The atmosphere is fun because you have fun making your own food. The wait staff is wonderful. My overall experience was really good and will continue to go. more

Sushi bar 11/15/2006

Believe it or not, this place has a real sushi bar. The sushi bar operates separately from the mongolian grill side of the restaurant. Sushi is fresh and good and the sushi chef (Cho) is great . Sit at the bar, talk to Cho, have him recommend the catch of the day. more
