Crazy Cleanerz

I used this cleaners to clean a cotton duvet, which I could have easily laundered in my own machine. However, I wanted to have it cleaned so it would be ready to put on my bed without a lot of effort. They cleaned it; however, they did not iron it. In fact, not only did they not iron it but they put it in a small bag that further wrinkled the edges. It looked worse than when I brought it in. Most cleaners would at least attempt to make it look attractive and hang it on a hanger - as they do with drapes, etc. I asked them for a refund. I explained that I could have done better in my own washing machine and I was not satisfied with the service they had provided. The manager refused to refund my money. (I was only asking for a partial refund of my entire order -- less than $20) I guess they would rather lose a customer than lose less than $20. Use this cleaners at your own risk. They have no interest in customer satisfaction! more

Crazy Cleaners is a great cleaners. The employees are always friendly and helpful. They try to move the line as fast as they can. They always are quick to check in my clothes and take my payment and retrieve my clothes and get them back to me. The prices are very reasonable and the service is great. I don't know what all these other people are talking about, but as for me I will stick with Crazy Cleaners!!!! more

This location I have used on many occasions, but it is getting harder to continue to patronize this store. The workers are very rude and unfriendly. They will not speak to you when entering or will not say THANK YOU after receiving your items. I have never seen any of the workers smiling or with a friendly look on their faces. They always appear Angry and Unhappy. Are your employees at this location unhappy with their jobs? I am sure there are plenty of unemployeed workers that would love to have any job with today's economy. Very disastified customer and will not continue to patronize this cleaners. more

I strongly do not recommend this cleaners. They ruined a bedspread worth $750. I have to air it for a week before I could get it repaired. They were rude and so nasty I filed a complaint with the local business bureau The manager comented that he had several complaints a week and he was used to it.... I have never been to a place that everyone there was a con artist. From the front counter to the workers in the back. \r \r I took about $96.00 worth of luandry there to be cleaned and starched. I was told to pick them up the following day...I paid the lady and I did just that, but there wasn't any starch applied. I showed the young lady and she then implied that the next time they will take care of it. Fine, but I need it done by tomorrow because I'm leaving town and planned to take the items(hence, that's why I brought them there originally) with me. \r \r The young lady said she would take care of it, come back in two days and pick them up( the next day was a holiday). \r \r I came back as told, and again they wasn't done. A matter of fact they where still in the same place, and condition they were in when I left 2 days ago. \r \r I ask to see the manager and he stated that the fabrics(including the cotton ones) couldn't take starch. WHAT!\r \r I asked for my money back they said, NO! At that point the owner jump for behind a two-way mirror and asked me do I know what dry cleaning was. (Considering I brought my clothes to be dry clean...opposed that I didn't dry clean them myself). \r \r He continue to state that most of his clients are dumb to the way dry cleaning is done, and we don't understand that starch can NOT be applied to clothes because it would ruin them. WHAT!\r \r I wonder why did it take 3 days to find out that they either couldn't, or didn't know how to apply starch to my clothes. I even wonder if they dropped the ball and just couldn't own up to it.\r \r At ant rate the owner name Spencer wouldn't even give me half my money back, nor would he own up to the store making a mistake( he said my wrinkle clothes looked fine). He did how ever said he'll give me a tour of the plant and a shout out to God to bless me. \r \r Please beware of these people, they are con artists, and they are even training their young workers to con people. If I had the time I would picket there store and get the news involved.\r \r At any rate Pros: non Cons: They'll take you to the cleaners, Literally! more
