I had just been through an accident & dealing with: the police, watching my poor car being towed away damaged, the person who hit me, and then the insurance company. I was as big a mess as my car. But the people at craven's were great, so nice, and really put me at ease after all i had been through...AND made my car look beautiful again. I was afraid it would never be the same, but they really did a fantastic job, and you couldn't even tell it had been in an accident! I can't tell you how happy i was with my car and the whole experience there! Thank you so much Craven's!!! more

Honest 5/14/2012

Craven's did a great job fixing my Xterra after it was hit by another car. A year later, my driver side window was broken in. I went to Craven's and they said that they could fix it but it would be faster and less money if I called a mobile window repair company and gave me their name. On top of that, they vacuumed out the glass for free and listened to my whine about the break in. I highly recommend Craven's! They do great work and they are honest and kind. AWESOME!! 2/8/2012

Not only do I not agree with this "sissy1974" I think the comment must be from a former employee not a customer my grand parents my parents and myself have used Craven's for the last 30 years and never once have we been treated un fair. They have been loyal to all of us and the rest of the East Nashville Communiy, practically a landmark around here. They have always went out of their way to please their customers I know this first hand.... Pros: null Cons: null more
