Marlyn is a very good representative and asset to Crain Heating and Cooling.. He apparently had a very long day, never the less came out to our house about 7:30pm for a clean and safety check on our furnace. He was very professional and knowledgeable and patient with my husband(who loves to talk). The price was great compared to other competitors. more

Professional, Skillful, Quality Work and Competitively Priced. The Service Tech (Mike) was quiet, proficient and when he left we wouldn't have known he was ever here except we had heat/AC again. A modification was done at my request to prevent future issues, truly quality work. more

HVAC replacement and install 9/28/2017

A first rate experience from top to bottom. Crain was very responsive to my needs -- the sales person came for an estimate right away and the installers conducted a large and complicated installation a few days later. All my concerns were recognized and all of my questions were answered. The whole operation, including the main office, was very professional. I couldn't be happier with my new furnaces and my new go-to contractor for HVAC. more

We called for a service of the furnace but also had several questions about the functionality of the system and condition to decide whether it was time to replace it. air conditioner installation 6/26/2017

Marlyn and Rob were professional in their work. They arrived on time (10:15 for an appointment between 9-11 a.m.), worked steadily, and got the job done by about 3:30 with a one hour break for lunch. The old unit had to be removed so that added to the work. The a/c unit has worked quietly and flawlessly so far. Crain's bill gave me credit off the price for the service call for my old unit that revealed a broken compressor that I chose not to have repaired. Overall, I am completely satisfied. more
