Crain Heating and Cooling

After doing a lot of research and getting quotes form 4 different companies, I had a new Furnace and A/C unit installed in September 2017 by Crain Heating and Cooling. As part of my install I also received 2 years of free Preventative Maintenance Program (PMP). Today the Crain rep, Ted, came to my home for the first PMP check of my furnace. He was very friendly and explained what he was doing throughout. I felt comfortable and confident that he was taking proper care of the furnace. I would highly recommend Crain Heating and Cooling to anyone looking for new Furnace and A/C. more

Just had a great service visit from Ted Peterson of Crain Heating and Cooling! Ted was incredibly professional and thorough. He provided me with a couple different repair / replacement options along with detailed explanations that were delivered in an incredibly courteous and intelligent manner. I strongly recommend using this company based on this interaction with them (I don't write reviews very often). Crain was recommended by my daughter and she was right. This is a primo, professional, competent team from start to finish. The evaluation by Jason (on his day off) gave us a lot of information and choices, he answered all our questions, most before we even asked, was friendly and somehow engendered immediate trust. We had already scheduled an installation with our regular go-to plumbing-heating-air conditioning company we've been using for 12 years, but the Crain bid was lower plus we had as much confidence, so we rescheduled with Crain, Installation was completed the next day a few hours sooner than expected. Brian and Aubrey were able to overcome any problems and were very efficient. We chose a high efficiency furnace which meant drilling holes in the foundation. They were able to remove a single brick for the air intake & exhaust vents, and place it in an unobtrusive outside location. There was absolutely no mess to clean up after they left, unlike most other companies. The furnace worked properly first try, we're very happy with the whole experience. And now that it's been in single degree temperatures at night, and will be for a while yet, we're very glad we had the work done right, and as quickly - done the very next day after we noticed the old one stopped working. We're glad we chose Crain and we will continue using Crain from now on. Thank you, guys. more

Cody was a very professional, knowledgeable salesperson. The install took place quickly and the clean up was beautiful. The new Lennox 2-stage system I have is somewhat louder than my older model furnace, but appears to work well. The system was installed in October 2017. I received two other quotes for Lennox furnace and A/C, one through a Costco "premier supplier" and another by Robin Air (the most expensive quote). more
