Good hair is not hard to find with Douglas at the helm! I am constantly amazed at his talents on not only my hair, but my friends who I have reccomended to him over the years. Even my sister is a regular client! I have long hair, and it's been hard in the past with not wanting to style it, or go through any trouble with keeping it looking good and gorgeous. NOT SO with Douglas! About 6 years ago I went for my first appointment, and through very informative sessions on product (BTW, he's not pushy about the product, but for those of you in the know, Pureology rocks!), styling, and upkeep, I have not gone a day without beautiful long hair that is free of pigtails, ponytails, and ""up-do's"". I also am a big fan of color work- and after a bout of being RED, I have gone back into my natural color, and it looks amazing (I get many many compliments!), all due to Douglas' skilled color knowledge. There have been times when what I thought I wanted didn't work (like the time I cut my own bangs), and Douglas never berates me, he just helps me solve the problem with a smile. Also, the salon is one of the most comfortable places to be, I am often early for my appointments so I might relax, read a little magazine, have a cup of tea, and soak in the warm atmosphere. I not only have reccomended him to my friends (like I said) but to strangers. I carry around the cards since people ask me all the time ""where do you get your hair done?"" YAY to Couboys and Angels, I'll never let anyone else touch my hair!

Cons: Parking can sometimes be an issue, but I don't care
