They did a good job, we would call them again. 4/12/2016

Cover-Rite Carpets cleaned the carpets in our apartment and they were fine. My husband was the one there so he is the one that would be able to answer specific questions, unfortunately he is in the hospital right now so I can't really have him talk about what they did. But the company was fine and we didn't have to call them back or anything. I'm sure we would use them again if we needed the carpets clean again. more

Very helpful, very useful. 4/11/2016

I've used them several times. I've had them come out to our house to clean the rugs, and I've also taken area rugs to them to get them cleaned. Finding companies who do area rugs is harder to find. It's the reason why we first started using them. So we called their number and they were the number to come out to our house. Since then we became repeat customers. I enjoy their services. more

A Professional and Friendly Company 3/17/2016

Cover-Rite Carpets comes out to my home and clean both my carpet and furniture. I am very pleased with the results. The cleaners are very friendly very neat and on time. Cover-Rite Carpets also offers reasonable pricing. Easy to work with and very accommodating to their clients; anytime I need them for service I make a call and they come right on out - the entire team and company is just great! more

Very good 3/11/2016

The gentlemen from Cover-Rite Carpets did a good job cleaning all of our carpets. They were both very nice and on time for the job. The carpets dried relatively quickly because I had some fans in the basement. We would use them again. more

Professional and Great Staff 2/18/2016

I've used Cover-Rite Carpets 3 times and each time I am satisfied the results. I call them to clean and stretch my carpets; there's not too many companies around that does both clean and stretch. The prices are about right. Their employees are great. more

Pricey for the service 2/16/2016

We used Cover-Rite Carpets to clean our carpets. Our carpet is old and there were stains on my son's carpet. It was weird, when they cleaned it it looked clean but a couple of days later the stains started showing through again. They were a little high in price also, highest of anyone I've had to clean the carpets. I don't know if they gave me an estimate before, just when they looked at the square footage of our house. They were very pleasant but they didn't move furniture and I had to move it myself. With other places I've had, we didn't have any problems like that. more

I like Cover-Rite Carpets because they are a trustworthy business. They are efficiently run and their prices are reasonable- definitely worth the service. They have installed new carpeting for me, and done some damage repair. I had a leak that caused a lot of water damage on the carpets in my basement. I called Cover-Rite Carpets and they came right over. Their workers were very competent. They took out the section that was damaged, cleaned, and dried it. Afterwards the carpet looked just as it had before the leak. I was real happy. I would recommend them. more

Professional and timely. 1/11/2016

Cover-Rite has done both cleaning and installation for us. They installed some carpet in our family room and did a wonderful job. Twice they came to clean the carpet. One cleaning service was routine, and the results were a lot better than those we have gotten from other companies. On another occasion they came to clean up after an emergency, and they were able to come right away. Their technicians are professional, polite, and friendly. They show up on time and work efficiently. Their prices are just about what they should be. more

Satisfied. 12/21/2015

This was my first experience with Cover-Rite Carpets. They did everything that I wanted. They stated what they were going to do, and delivered. I was there when they came to clean the area rug in my living room. I thought that there was going to be a problem with one area of the carpet, but they were able to clean everything. They did a fine job and I was satisfied with it. They were very helpful and noticed another flooring issue that I had, and they said they would be able to look at it. I thought that their prices were fair, so I may have them come back and look at my other issue. more

Easy. Would recommend them. 12/16/2015

Cover-Rite Carpets cleaned the carpet in the apartment that we were moving out of. They came recommended by our landlord and we didn't have any issues with them. We didn't deal with them after they got the job done but we didn't hear about any problems so I guess that was easy. I thought the price was competitive, I think I would recommend them. more

Accommodating. 12/11/2015

I have used Cover-Rite Carpet cleaners for about three or four years. I have them clean the carpet twice a year. It is a small job, just the living room carpet. I like using them because they fulfill the needs of a person with a busy schedule. They are accommodating and convenient. They do a thorough job, and get it done quickly. Their service has always been consistent. Their prices and their customer service are excellent. more

We were first time customers at Cover-Rite Carpets, they were recommended by another worker in Cover-Rite and they were cleaning 14,000-15,000 square feet, they were very professional, easy to work with and did a very good job. more

Great service! 11/18/2015

The people at Cover-Rite Carpets recognize me when I walk in the door, which I really appreciate. I've gone there a few times over the past year to get my rugs cleaned, and had them out to my house to clean my carpets a couple of times now. They've done a real good job with everything. Their service is very good, and they always get all the stains out. Their pricing is fair, they're on time, and they're respectful of my house when they're here, always cleaning up before they leave. Everyone there is courteous and professional, and I've enjoyed my experience so much I'm considering using them to switch to hardwood floors in the future. more

Always a great experience with Chris 10/28/2015

I've used Cover-Rite Carpets for about six years and I'm always very pleased. This time around, they cleaned the carpets on the stairs and a few rooms of my house. It was a big project and they did a beautiful job. They're courteous, they come on time and they get the job done- no mess, no fuss. The prices are very good. Chris and his workers come ready to do their job and they get it done quickly. I've used them for many years and will continue to use them. They did a wonderful job. more

Great company for carpet cleaning 10/7/2015

I rated Cover-Rite Carpets highly because of their promptness. When I called to make an appointment for carpet cleaning, I got one right away. The cleaners were friendly, thorough, and overall, speedy. It didn't take them long at all to do my house. I'm very happy with my first time carpet cleaning, it was great! more

I absolutely love Cover-Rite Carpets. I actually got carpets from them a year before and called them most recently to have them cleaned. The individuals who came finished the cleaning in a very timely manner and the carpets dried quickly. Prices were good and I am very happy with the results. more

I've been using Cover-Rite Carpets for awhile. I had one bad experience with them which Kevin knows about. However, they're prompt, they do their work, and leave. In my opinion, if you're here on time, do what you're supposed to do, the result is good, and your out the door, that's fine with me! The results will speak for themselves. more

Great Experience Overall 7/28/2015

This was the third time we worked with Cover-Rite Carpets. They cleaned the carpets in four rooms and a couple of hallways. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and did a great job. Their customer service was pleasant, and they worked around my schedule. I would recommend them. more
