You've been warned 3/19/2012

The receptionist is inept and has no customer service skills! I scheduled an appointment on the same as my friend. We showed up on time and I was told that mine was not in the system for that time nor any other time. I asked if they could squeeze me in since I live 40 minutes away and I had been told over the phone that I had the last appointment of the day. The lady said they it was impossible because another client was coming in. My friend had her treatment, all of ten minutes, then we sat in the car to discuss our lunch plans. Next thing I see is the receptionist locking the front door...no other person entered!!! more

A wonderful experience 1/27/2012

I have to rave about Dr. Gambhir. I have been to him for Botox twice now - and he has been so gentle and up front about pricing - things to do and not to do. The staff was pretty good as well. Anyway my forehead looks so great I had to shout it out. more

I have been a patient of Dr Gambhir's for almost a year now. I have seen him for Botox and vein removal. His voice is so soft and calming. I am a huge sissy so the idea of vein treatments scared me but after a few minutes in the room talking to Dr Gambhir I was fine. He doesn't push you out the door when your time is up and I love that about him. He also helped me with a few concerns about my body, saving me LOTS of money and a lot less downtime!!!!!!! If you want a great doctor with the patience of an angel Dr Gambhir is the man for you!!! more
