Dr Kornheiser was the most patient doctor I've ever known. He gave us as much time as we needed. My dog had a very complicated problem and Dr K was the third veterinarian we had seen. He spent more time with us the first time than the other veterinarians had over several appointments. more

  • Dr Kornheiser has been a veterinarian for over thirty years.

    He has maintained a high standard of professional care throughout this time, completing a full schedule of continuing education courses at the Michigan Veterinary Conference every year, plus attending a large number of additional courses through Michigan State University and local and regional associations.

    For twenty years he was active in farm animal and equine work, concentrating on dairy cattle. Since 2000, he has changed with his community and now concentrates on companion animal care.

    In 1997, Dr Kornheiser was part of the American Veterinary Association Council of Education Veterinary Site Visit Team to renew the Michigan State College of Veterinary Medicine Accreditation.

    Complete Range Of Companion Animal Services including full Physical Examinations,Vaccinations,Internal Medicine,Spaying,Neutering and general soft tissue Surgery,Dentistry,Dietary and Behavior Consultation,Parasite Control and Infectious Disease Investigation and Treatment. Laboratory Services including Blood Profiling,Fecal Exams,Urinalysis and Radiography (X-rays) are available.

    We serve the Plainwell,Delton,Richland,Hickory Corners,Prairieville Township,Martin,Pine Lake,Lake Doster,Gun Lake,Gull Lake,Shelp Lake,Crooked Lake and north Kalamazoo areas.

    Services are provided by appointment.
