Country Fireside

Country Fireside was recommended to me by a colleague from work who was very happy with his purchace of a fireplace. I was looking to heat my basement and had no idea what would work for me.I walked away informed with all my options after my visit to the store. I was spoiled for choice! after much thought and looking at our budget we chose a Classic bay pellet stove that does a wonderful job of heating our basement, it's our only source of heat down there.For an 1800 sqft area the stove delivers.I give my review 5 stars because the stove is outstanding, the service from Country Fireside was excellent and the price was in our budget more

My husband and I purchased a wood burning insert a month ago to help utilize the masonary fireplace in our family room, we had tried burning wood for many years but no heat! Our masonary fireplace looked nice but it was costing us more in the long run because we would constantly run our gas furnace every evening as that is where we spend most our time. After spending some time with Country Fireside and debating whether to go with a wood insert or pellet insert we chose wood since we have so much wood in our back yard! We were very excited to have our insert installed and have used it a few times since when the temperature had dropped during the cooler nights,now I say bring on the colder months because this winter we are prepared and armed with a very large wood insert! Thank you Country Fireside for your help and especially to Chandu the sales person who helped us, he is a friendly,softly spoken gentlemen with much knowledge so we were confident with our purchase.We love how our wood insert looks and cannot wait to use it this winter and help us save some money. more

The products were very nice and just what I wanted but did not purchase anything because the man that was there who seemed to be of Indian decent was very rude. I greeted him instead of him greeting me. Even then he did not respond back. I asked him questions about his product since he offerd no assistance at all. The only thing he said to me was that the items I were looking at were not ""CHEAP"". I would never give him my money. more

I visited Country Fireside in 2008 after my sister had purchased a Pellet burning Insert, she told me she enjoyed speaking with the owner, he was honest in helping her and knew his stuff! with what she said I made my way over there as i needed a Wood Stove and they even came out and measured my fireplace at no charge!.I cannot tell you how much my husband and I love my insert! I save so much money heating my home burning wood and barely turn on my furnace,I had a wonderful experience all the sales staff are friendly and they go out of their way to be helpful. I would highly recommend them and in-fact i have given out their names to my friends,family and co-workers.
