I move in to this place a little over 2 months now. It has been a nightmare since day one. \r

1. Management claims to have steam cleaned the shag carpet. Day I moved in the carpet had a foul body odor smell to it. \r

2. Birds Birds Birds. These huge Turkey Vultures or wild turkeys continue to leave hug bird droppings on the sidewalks that serve as the entrance to my unit. This means that you have to try to bypass these large feces to get to your home EVERY DAY. The birds roost in the trees. \r

Management has bee apprised of this and they claim to be working on this but it has been 2 months and if you dont consistenetly remind them to clean the walkways they dont. \r

3. Wild Turkey droppings on cars. I was sickened to wake up one morning to find 20 or 30 pieces of feces stuck to the hood of my card. Flies were all over it. These are not splats. These are fully formed pieces of feces. I had to wash the car twice with high pressure hose to get the feces off. \r

4. Construction crew. The complex is under continuous construction. The construction crew is inept. Visit the complex and you will see what I mean. \r

5. Quality. NO. Cheap formica countertops. Cheap carpeting that is like a low shag multicolored to hide dirt I suppose. Industrial fire sprinklers that stick out like a sore thumb on the walls of the units (yes...inside).\r
Oh and they are so kind to put a fire sprinkler extinuguisher box next to your front door with no fire extinguisher. \r

6. Go at night and check out the neighbors in the units near you. I have a lovely ( I think crack house neighbor) that threw a party til 3am in the morning with screaming and yelling going on. \r

7. Not sure where that picture came from. Its not my unit! I dont have hardwood floors. I have cheap ass carpet as indicated above. There are no upgrades whatsoever in my unit. That picture must been some fantasyland of theirs. BE WARNED.\r

Just let the buyer beware. I had to move in to this place in a rush. I hope to be out soon. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone unless you are desperate.\r

Pluses? Location and in unit laundry. Thats it. Management is for the birds but I guess that is pretty standard with these big developments.
