Cosy Warm Fireplace & Patio

I really was shocked when I saw the bad review of the staff from Cosy Warm. This is the second gas fireplace I have had from them and have had nothing but the best customer service. more

Cosy Warm was referred to us by a friend and we have purchased three fireplaces from Cosy Warm over the last 15 years - two in our main house and one in our cottage - and they are all still look great and are working beautifully. We continue to use Cosy Warm for routine service when needed - and we are very pleased. I was shocked when I read the negative reviews and just wanted to be sure that readers know there are alot of very happy Cosy Warm customers. I just had my annual service for my gas fireplace in my cottage and Kevin (owner) does it himself, he is VERY knowledgable and he takes the time to inspect and clean my unit with care....and his service call price is less than any other company I know. I would highly recommend this company as long as they are under the current owners! more

DO NOT SUPPORT COSY WARM!!! We purchased a pellet furnace from them a couple years ago. It was installed incorrectly & leaked exhaust smoke throughout our home. This in turn damaged our house... it required $10,000 in professional cleaning. Our insurance company covered the damages to our home. more

Today is March 1st-- March 2nd our poor son has to go through 4 hours of testing for the health issues that have been with him ever since we had Cosy Warm mis install a leaky pellet furnace. They took over 18 months to address the issue costing us valuable time-- our son is now VERY sick. Cosy Warm is the one to avoid if you care about your home and your childrens health. \r \r An update, I have asked both Cosy Warm and Fahrenheit Tech. to contac me repeatedly AGAIN, same old silence in the face of a problem. Today I spoke with Greg at Cosy Warm-- he told me that this is all an insurance issue... really? I was not aware that your liability insurance covers GROSS NEGLIGENCE, and possible large lawsuits... I would think a settlement would be wiser in the long run-- who would hire a fireplace contractor that is unable to afford liabilty insurance...but if they want a long drawn out expensive fight, then they have picked one. Just be aware that this is how they respond to problems that they create--it was a mistake, a BIG mistake-- all they need to do is admit it and make it as ""right"" as they can-- oh AND APOLOGIZE TO MY WIFE for the HELL they have put her through--but they refuse to do any of this. Is this a contractor you want to deal with?? more

hey, just had a fireplace and framing,stone and mantle complete. The most competitive price around and most complete company I've delt with and most knowledge of all the other shops and friendly too. really looks good. more

I've just discovered from an experienced fireplace service that Cozy Warm Fireplaces installed a wood burning gas unit in my house instead of an all-gas fireplace like I paid for. It will cost around $2500 to fix this screwup. more

Be sure to use these guys they are very knowledgeable, and when installing my product they were very clean + I love how it looks. P.S. I am not sure if the last posted comment could even be reliable sounds fake. we know alot of people and have never heard of them being bad. more

Cosy Warm is responsible for our entire home being trashed. We had long term smoke damage from them installing a Fahrenheit Endurance stove wrong... then they had us run it so they could test it after our insurance company collected from there insurance company a $10,000 claim !! Now our son is VERY ILL (read Lifedestroyer) and we need to GUT OUR HOME in order for him to live here. Cons: THEY LIE, THEY DO NOT FIX PROBLEMS, THEY ARE HACKS more
