THIS COMPANY HAD THE WRONG PHONE NUMBER AND STILL HARASSED ME I TOLD THEM THAT THEY WERE WAKING UP MY BABY WHEN THEY KEPT CALLING ...LUKE BLACK STATED TO ME I DONT GIVE A FUC* THAT YOU HAVE A BABY...RAW WOW I WANTED TO JUMP THREW THE PHONE...THEY ARE TOTALY UNPROFESSIONAL IF ONLY THEY WERE LOCAL..LOL ANY HOW I FEEL SORRY FOR LUKES FAMILY HOW EMBARASSING...HE SOUNDED REAL UNHAPPY WITH HIS LIFE...WHO ACTS THAT WAY..YOU WILL HAVE TO ANSWER TO SOMEONE IN THE END...ALL OVER THE WRONG PHONE NUMBER YOU SURE ARE A REAL WINNER.... THESE THUGS ARE COMPLETE JACKA%$ WITH NO MORALS, ETHICS, OR CLASS. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. AFTER MANY WEEKS OF HARASSING PHONE CALLS TO MY STORE, AND AVOIDING THE ""TUSCON AZ"" PHONE NUMBER ON OUR CALLER ID, THE LAST STRAW WAS WHEN THIS ONE PARTICULAR INDIVIDUAL THREATENED MY TEENAGE EMPLOYEES!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I FINALY CALLED THE A-HOLE BACK, ASKED HIM HOW HE SLEPT AT NIGHT THREATENING TEENAGERS, TOLD HIM TO BACK OFF, AND CUSSED HIM OUT TILL HE GOT THE MESSAGE!!!! HORRIBLE 9/25/2008

Holy smokes, there aught to be a law against this kind of stuff. They call and because we don't want to use their service, they berate you on the phone. They call everyday, sometimes more than once a day. At first, they act like they have done some business with you in the past or that they are returning your call. After a few times you figure out they are just trying to sell you something and then you learn it's their collection services. When you tell them you are not interested, they call back. Long Story... not gouda. 3/10/2008

Well I wouldn't say working with this company was all bad, just the middle and end. It started off with great support and an upbeat attitude, we came up with an agreement between myself and the person which whom I was collecting from and the terms were very clear. I must note the math was bad, I told them I need $1,000 and they came up with a settlement that was 25% higher than 1,000 yet doesn't equate when you take 25% out of 1250... who knew? All that set aside the terms to the settlement we're not met other than the reduction in price which I made clear would not stick if the time line was altered, I guess I only made it clear to myself though. Poor customer service 2/11/2008

I agree with the other review that I read. Avoid at all costs. Customer service is very poor. I have used other collection agencies and this won bets all, in a very, very bad way. Pros: None in my opinion Cons: customer service is way under average more
