I have tried to contact the city bldg. at no avail .I get a big long list of changes made in the phone numbers . I want to talk with a person not leave a message. Viola the garbage pick up does a pretty bad job, today the neighbor across the st. had garbage dropped by the garbage man we watched as they left.,Down the street in front of a neighbor that had no garbage out there is a pile of garbage that dropped from the truck. Who is suppose to pick all of that up??
