I got a giftcard for my birthday last year and finally got around to using it - but I was slightly disappointed by the experience at Copperfalls. I'm actually a cosmotologist myself, and have also worked at another Aveda salon as a receptionist - so I know this industry very well. I arrived 15 minutes ahead of time, like they asked since I was a first time customer, but on top of the 15 minutes before my pedicure I also waited 20 minutes before I was taken back for my service. Now, I completely understand a salon running behind. I know how it goes, salons get behing all the time (usually by no fault of their own but because customers arrive late). However, if I was going to wait 20 minutes (plus the 15 arriving early, that is 35 mins total) I would have *liked* to have been warned that they were running behind. It's just common courtesy. Finally, I was taken back and eventually the cosmetologist did apologize for the wait, which was nice. She was quiet but did a good job. However, the salon was also under construction - another fact I would have liked to have been told before the service - as there weren't the typical pedicure chairs (with basin attached, bubbles, heat, etc) but instead I was sat in a "meh" room with a water tub and on a wicker chair. This was not impressive, considering I was paying for an $80 Aveda pedicure. In the end, I did enjoy the pedicure for the most part and am looking forward to seeing what their salon/spa looks like when it is done. I was just a bit unimpressed by the lack of communication from this salon. Just a *tad* on the unprofessional side, which for their prices I would have expected a bit more in that area. Pros: Aveda, good location Cons: Running late, construction, customer service more

Best spa in Denver Metro 9/24/2006

I was just there this weekend and have a new favorite treatment. The Caribbean Mud Wrap is just what I needed. Being very active, my skin tends to be dry and my muscles tight. After this treatment my skin was so smooth and my muscles felt like jelly! I've been a spa gal for many years and have been to some of the best (Canyon Ranch, Mirival, etc.). In Colorado, my favorite is Copperfalls Spa. The attention to detail, the inviting aroma, just walking up the stairs relaxes me! The entire staff is friendly and many have been there for years! A TEN!! in my book Pros: everything Cons: parking more

the best spa 2/21/2006

Everytime I visit the spa I feel like it's my first time. The staff is very friendly and attend to every need I may have. Kris is the best facialist and I've been to several! MaryPat has been there forever and make my feet sing (and look beautiful too!) Everything they do is top notch! Pros: great customer servic, best facial, best pedicure Cons: parking more
