Great atmosphere 8/15/2007

I love hanging out at copper rock. The only reason I am giving it three stars, is that the coffee could be better. I feel that they focus to much energy on the rest of their menu, and not enough on their coffee. I am a coffee junky, and I could definetly get better coffee at half a dozen places. I still love the place, just don't expect to be wowed by their mochas Pros: best atmosphere in downtown appleton Cons: need better coffee, or training more

We as a family love it! They have something for everyone. From small, child-size cookies to Panini's and Quiche! And the 'bakery and dessert items!!!! LOVE THEM! The location couldn't be any better! In the summer, stop in for a little bite to eat and a coffee to go, then walk down College Avenue to the Farmer's Market. In the winter, stop in for a warm inviting atmosphere, a light treat and warm up with a cup! And, the staff is wonderful. VERY friendly. Professional and fun.
