Best Service Ever! 3/30/2017

I'm late writing this but I have to say out of the 3 quotes Cool Today not only matched the price but the warranty was way better then the competitors. They were so quiet with the install I thought they were gone. They cleaned up and then went over the operation of the new AC unit. Professional and courteous. Thanks Jimmy more

Not cheap but reliable 11/4/2016

I have used this company for at least ten years of service, repairs and system replacement in 2015. One thing I can honestly say is they do good quality work and no one else is faster to respond period! Yes I have tried several others including Climate Design, Unique, and Aqua to name a few. Even on a major holiday they were here within two hours. more

Serive Inspection 2/11/2013

Dennis was very courteous and answered every question I had. He gave me estimate costs for repairing or replacing items. He called to let me know when he would be arriving. I feel like he did an excellent job of inspecting everything included in the inspection, and provided me with things to look out for in the future. more

Dereck is very personable and efficient. He does the job and leaves a very clean area where he worked. He is able to give prices and make adjustments as needed. He is clear about what needs to be done and gives a time frame in which the job will be doen. Dereck has donework for me several times now and i have always been very satisfied with his work. more

Plesant and knowledgeable service on a Sunday morning 9/19/2012

We needed a plumber in a hurry! We had a death in the family and therefore many visitors. The house from the late 1970s with cast iron plumbing could not keep up with all the visitors. A latrine was backing up and water was coming up in the shower. Dennis Schwartzentruber showed up on a Sunday morning to help out. Dennis correctly diagnosed the problem with some high tech equipment and gave us several options and a quote. Dennis honored a homeowner's warranty which was helpful. I've never seen work done through a vent on the roof but whatever Dennis did worked. Dennis gave us a thorough briefing on what happened, how he fixed it how long it will probably last (due to the older cast iron plumbing) and approximately costs for a more complete fix. Dennis left us with a couple of dry chemicals to help keep things moving (a tree root killer and something that promotes microbial action for better breakdown). Having a pleasant and hard working plumber like Dennis show up within an hour of being called on a Sunday morning was worth the price. Thank you! more

Shawn D did a very good job of installing the new faucet. He also explained the maintenance plans for heating/cooling, plumbing, and electrical systems and gave me literature and pricing for a new tankless water heater more
