The staff at Cool Air Technologies are very congenial, they do their job well, and we are happy with everything. We have been using them ever since they installed our units in 2007. I have recommended them already to many neighbors and friends and am glad we found them ourselves! more

From beginning to end, I was really pleased with them! 5/22/2012

The people from Cool Air Technologies were very prompt! When they came out, they were very informative, and helped us on other home projects. They explained in detail the whole operation. There was a platform in the attic that held the unit, and Cool Air Technologies constructed a whole new platform that allowed more room to get into the attic and to walk around. It was a lot more accessible! I really appreciated what they did. From beginning to end, I was really pleased with them. They did a great job and I was happy with them! more

I have used Cool Air Technologies - Heating and Air Conditioning Repair Service in my last home to do some services and they were great. They were straight forward and they weren't trying to sell me anything, which was very much appreciated. I then continued to use them in my new home and they've been great. They always showed up on time and always returned my calls. Everything went well. more

Honest, quality work 3/12/2012

I found Cool Air Technologies off of Angie's List. The one point that convinced me that they were doing well was that they didn't sell me anything I didn't need. They didn't try to push me into a new heater or air conditioner. They came in and redid my ducts and piping, and did it well. They seem to be honest, which is rarity nowadays so I will continue to use their services. more

Referrals Pay Off 11/21/2011

Bill originally came to us as a referral from a good friend who had used his service as a realtor for many of his clients. Bill did a great job in installing a new heater and air conditioner. Now a few years later he replaced the thermostat. I'd be happy to refer his company to anyone! more

Bill came out to do maintenance on our gas furnace in November, and I had him do the A/C at the same time. He explained everything he was doing and pointed out several ways to save energy and keep both systems running smoothly. He shows up on time and is very pleasant to deal with. more

This was the second time we had Bill come out for service and both times he found something minor.He could have made up something alot more costly but to us he proved (twice) he's and up & up honest guy.We will never use anyone else,nor should you. more

Very happy with the work done. 11/14/2011

Bill has been servicing the furnance for about 10 to 15 years. This time it was not to be serviced but rather had to be replace with a new one. They arrived when scheduled and it was completed in a timely manner. They were professional and inspired confidence in their work. I am now toasty warm. more

I just wanted to add that Bill was fantastic! He was everything that a service should be prompt, courteous and professional, but he was so much more. He was informational, providing me with a great education on Heating and Cooling so we could ultimately reap savings over the long haul from our units. He didn't try at all to upsell on anything and really worked with us on the service he gave us. Bill came to us from a referral and I would refer him to others in a heartbeat! more

Old house? Flat roof? No problem! 11/11/2011

After suffering through 10 years of unbearably hot summers and freezing cold winters in our 1929 home, we called Bill. Since we have a flat roof and some crazily configured additions, we figured the best we could do was to add unsightly window airconditioner/heating units to our home. Bill carefully analyzed our situation and thoughtfully laid out the costs and benefits of adding an energy efficient central airconditioning/heating unit, with an Aprilaire filtration system accessing every room in the house. We are thrilled with the quality installation, the care his team took of us, our home and possessions, and the savings we have realized in heating and cooling costs since the installation was completed. We have enjoyed being comfortable in our home, and wish we had called Bill sooner. Thanks, Bill! more

Highly Recommend 11/2/2011

My A/C Unit shut down right in the middle of 1 of the hottest weeks this summer. My neighbor had used them in the past, was very happy with them and gave me their number. The family operated business could not have been nicer. Not only did they trouble shoot my problem, they would come out ASAP if needed. I would def recommend these guys and use them again. more

Bill from Cool Air Technologies - Heating and Air Conditioning Repair Service is wonderful! He is always there to help me out when I need my AC and furnace worked on. My husband was in this industry for 35 years, and I see the same endeavors in Bill as I saw in my husband, so I know he'll be very successful! And his wife Trish, helps out so much with the company, just like I used to help my husband. I've been a customer for about four years now, and I won't ever call anyone else to take care of my AC and furnace. He is honest, and has never overcharged me. I am happy to recommend him to anybody!
