I called CID and asked if they could repair my computer. I could not disconnect from the net and could not use the restore feature. I had used the restore before, going back days and sometimes months. I was told to drop it off because they had an extensive amount of equipment there and had a tech there. I took it to their office. I called later that day and was told it could not be repaired there - they would have to bring it to my home to repair it since they did not have a dsl modem at the shop. I picked up the computer the next day - nothing had been done and they charged me $64.00.
