I always leave feeling like I have received the best value for my money. My cut and color were done just fabulously!

Worst

The back of my neck was not cleaned up at all and the back was uneven. Disappointing for a $50.00 haircut.

I drive from Beaumont and it is not easy but I love Michele and the wonderful stylist that she is. I am always pleaed with the results and I always look forward to my appointments. I just wish I was closer. more

great experience as usual- started appointment with minimal wait time in beautiful lobby, great color job with relaxing scalp massage. Complimentary blow out so I could go Christmas shopping right from the salon. Kudos! more

Heavenly experience 12/20/2011

I had decided two months ago that I wanted to "go short". I had seen an attractive woman at Hobby Lobby with short spiky hair. I wanted short spiky hair at that very moment. On my next visit to The Conservatory, I consulted with Carmela and told her that I wanted short spiky hair. She asked me a few questions and at the end, I said, "Well, maybe more feminine." Carmela took the ball and ran with it. No, I don't have short spiky hair, but it is short and feminine. I love it! Carmela was a wizard in considering my hesitation, yet still gave me a "do" that was sassy and sexy, and just plain wonderful. I always feel good when I leave The Conservatory, well, not just good, but wonderful. I couldn't be happier with my Conservatory experience. more

From the booking agent to the stylist my experience was the best ever... Craig chose the perfect color highlights for my features and the cut is sheer delight....easy to care for and very flattering - he never disappoints! Thank you for taking 10 years off and yes, worth every penny....!!! more

My appointment with Craig December 09, 2011 12/10/2011

I always enjoy professional and yet a very friendly atmosphere and staff when I visit the salon....and having an exceptionally talented hair dresser, Craig, who works with me and my health issues!! for ex: I suffer from vertigo and even a slight wrong movement of my head or pressure on my scalp activates it. Craig is always concerned and careful when he shampoos, conditions, dry my hair. If I change my mind and ask him to add on a hair cut or blow dry my hair he always obliges with smile. This type of care and tolerance towards ones customer is very hard to find elsewhere. more

I love coming to the Conservatory to have Billie cut and color my hair. I know I'm in great hands and I always feel like a new woman when I leave. I get compliments all the time on the beautiful cut that she gives me. She always throws in a wonderful little head massage with a bit of lavender aroma therapy. I couldn't ask for a better experience. more

Massage, Mani & Pedi 12/8/2011

I had the most wonderful massage from Kim at the Conservatory this morning. I must return for another (and longer) massage soon! It was heavenly. I followed the massage with a mani & pedi which was also a great experience. Everyone I had contact with at the Conservatory was professional and cheerful. It was a great experience! more
