I think in this economy prices should be a bit more competitive. Also All Aveda Salon's that I have gone to in the past offer complimentary bang trims to there customers. more

Michelle is great with color and cut!! It would be nice if it was standard procedure to put more than one towel on the hard surface you have to lay your neck on. I've asked for them before but feel like I'm bothering them by continuing to ask. I have a herniated disc in my neck, so it would be nice to be asked each time if I need more than one towel. I think your clients would feel pampered or thought to be special if this was standard procedure. A printout/receipt would be nice to have each visit too. The processes can be very confusing and the price is always somewhat different but I don't get a printout and I'm not even asked if I would like one, so it would be another nice inexpensive way to treat your customers special and maybe to include suggestions for whatever processes are needed at the next appt.. more

Very professional and friendly. Super organized and they send prompt appointment reminders. All of the stylists are professionally dressed and no gossip going on - thank goodness! more

Relaxing 2/15/2011

Enjoyed every bit of my massage, facial, pedi and manicure, haircut and style and make up!! The only suggestion I would make is to have an "hour of relaxation" (an hour nap scheduled in would be great for us Moms. It would be throughly appreciated!) Overall LOVED the experience. more

I had my haircut with Nelson. He is awesome! First let me say I love The Conservatory. Everyone is so friendly and very helpful. You all are very thoughtful as well. I really appreciated the card I got in the mail when my husband was so sick. You do care about your customers. Thank you! And I must say Nelson is tuely one of the best! He gives me the best haircuts I think I have EVER had! I always enjoy visiting with him while in his chair! Thank you Nelson and The Conservatory! more

Too Expensive 2/6/2011

Great haircut, good styist. Products are ridiculously priced. What was a $50 haircut turned into $100 visit because I bought 2 products. Not going back. more
