We just bought a 2014 Odyssey Touring Elite from Concord Honda on Monday. I would definitely go here again. I started out looking for used 2012's at all the Honda dealerships online. My husband and I actually went out and test drove one in Fremont. And then he says ""babe, just get a new car...get the one you want!"" So I did!!! It took me about a week to research and get price quotes from quite a few dealerships. Concord Honda definitely had the best deal! I wasn't particular about the color...which made it easier. I did all the negotiating over the phone and email and went down Monday night around 7pm to buy the van. We were greeted at the front door, my kids were given balloons while we waited for a few minutes in the waiting room, they had the van all detailed and ready for us. My husband, 3 kids and I were in and out in less than an hour. Before we left they even set up the Bluetooth on my phone and the wireless headphones so my kids could watch the movie they brought on the hour drive home. I'm in love with my new van!!! more

I recently purchased a 2004 re-certified Honda Element from your dealership. I am writing to say "thank you". I have purchased other vehicles in the past and they were all bad experiences. And to be honest, I was worried that your dealership was going to be a nightmare. But your entire staff proved me wrong. It was a wonderful experience. I wanted to thank you for having a qualified employee that is bother trained in vehicle knowledge as well as customer service. Your sales agent Peter helped us from the beginning. I had called him earlier that morning to inquire about the Element to make sure it was still available. When we arrived around eleven in the morning, Peter was there with the key in hand and ready to test-drive. We had to bring our 13 month old daughter us and they made her comfortable and even gave her a big red balloon. It was wonderful. The facility accommodated us with patience and understanding apologizing about the time, we were there from 11am until after 3pm). Your sales agent Peter stayed with us the whole time, with out even taking a lunch break. The finance manager worked with us to get a low monthly payment and a low vehicle price. In these hard times, it's nice to know that there are still people out in this world who understand what you are going through and are able to work with you. more

I was helped by Peter (your Fleet Manager) who was very knowledgeable and helpful I have heard a lot of people complain about the experience of buying a car, and previously have had a negative experience myself at another dealership. Peter was able to find the car I wanted, he made the purchasing of the car very easy, and the car was ready when he promised. I am very happy with my car and my experience with both Peter and Concord Honda. more

Once I decided to go with Concord Honda, I made a call and notified Ali of the car we wanted and that we were on our way. The car was ready when we got there and the whole deal took no more than one and a half hours; from the time we walked in the doors, to the time we drove off in our new car. AMAZING! My wife and I really appreciated this, as we brought our two younger children with us. more

Throughout our correspondence both by phone and email, he stood out as the most honest (by far) and kind. Ali respected the fact that I had done my research and treated me accordingly. I have been very pleased with the service I received here- both in car sales and in the service department. I first purchased my Honda Civic there in 1997 and had them do all the service until I moved out of state...even then I would call them and get their feedback on what other service centers were recommending and they would always take the time to explain everything to me. So when I moved back I brought my new Honda to them for servicing and have continued to receive quality service. more

My experience with Concord Honda dealership was extremely nice. They were very friendly and helpful. Absolutely 'no-pressure' during the whole process of purchase. We live in bay area, and my wife contacted the dealership over email/phone, and we drove 60 miles to pick up the vehicle. As the color we wanted, was not available, the sales person [Ali] arranged it from another dealership. Price was better than the best offered price in any of the bay area dealership, for the same make/model/trim. more
