Computer Medics 1/14/2011

I dropped off my computer at Computer Medics when I couldn't get the system to boot, there were popups and blue screen errors. I got a fast diagnosis and had the system repaired and ready for me within two days. And it worked! Try these guys out they know what they are doing and are inexpensive.? more

Computer repair service in Des Moines 1/14/2011

I know I can always depend on computer repair service at Computer Medics. I really appreciate being able to use my HP mini notebook computer which is now working very nicely. I call them every time I need to when my HP notebook is not working properly!? more

Wonderful job! 1/14/2011

Our technician was fantastic. As a photographer I need my computer running efficiently 100% of the time. He was able to diagnose the problem with my PC and provide a number of options to solve the problem. He explained everything to me in "plain" (non-tech) language and we decided on the most cost-effective solution to meet my needs. I cannot recommend Computer Medics highly enough. more

Will use them again 1/14/2011

I came in with a blown motherboard and processor. I told them that i needed to stay in a strict budget because of my financial status. I was shocked at how easy they made it. The best part is that they called me the next evening and made sure everything worked properly and if i had any questions!! WHO DOES THAT!! its amazing to work with people who actually care about you. If you want amazing service and affordable prices i would definitely come to this place!?? more

I searched around for a laptop repair, I thought I found the right one, but they would always find some excuse to why the bill was so high. So far I have never had issues with Computer Medics, even when my Dell XPS laptop got attacked by a virus. They are always working around the clock making sure my dell computer is up. Thanks to the Computer Medics and their laptop repair services, I no longer face any major downtime from the virus attacks I have had.? more

I know nothing about computers and they helped me understand what was wrong with mine and what needed to be done to fix it. I approved their suggestions and got my pc back very fast, and the prices are very reasonable. I would recommend Computer Medics to anyone who needs help with their computer especially if your not very knowledgeable about them.? more

I play first person shooters online and these guys optimized my system to run lag free. Also upgraded my video card and RAM, Also removed a ton on spyware and adware from my computer, that's probably why it was running slow in the first place. Thanks guys from Computer Medics. more
