Worst

Kronick's price is low, but he rushes through the examination at a reckless pace and shoos you out of that office like a maid chasing dustmice.

if i could give a 0 star i would. the worst customer service by owner i have ever experienced! i have been a customer for a couple years now. the quality is just ok, not good but if you go for the cheapo glasses, well you get cheapo everything. this time i brought my mom. i got 2 pairs for myself and 1 for my mom. they have an inhouse lab that makes really poor quality lenses. my 2 pairs had to be redone 3 times to get it right. and my mother's was completely irreversible and they told her she would have to pick a new frame and get new lenses and the owner refused to credit back the money we paid in advance (because they require you to pay in full when you place your order, not after you pick up). so basically my mom never took the glasses out of the store and is now without glasses and instead paid complete eye care center $450 for NOTHING except stress and terrible customer service. They absolutely refused to refund their own defective lenses. THEY JUST LOST CLIENTS AND I HOPE EVERYONE READS THIS AND STOPS USING THEM. I thought it was a good idea to use a family owned business but not when the family is greedy and horrible! more

Quick and Speedy anyday of the week!!! 2/16/2008

I usually dread going to the optometrist, but I will be looking forward to going back to Dr. Kronick! I was referred by a friend after asking around for a reasonably priced exam. The receptionist, Alma, was very friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions patiently (I admit I can be a pain sometimes!) Dr. Kronick was very professional and friendly. He not only answered all my questions to the fullest extent of reasoning, but worked with me to get me suited with the best RX possible. I felt assured that I was really taken care of...all for a measly $39. You can't beat that with a stick. Pros: friendly, attentive, inexpensive Cons: parking is limited more

Complete Eye Care Center 1/15/2008

Unlike the last review I loved it!! I was able to walk in his busy office without an appointment, after a few minutes wait, he was able to see me and give me my Rx. Dr. Kronick was very professional, he answered all my questions. It was quick n painless. Best of all the prices are more than reasonable. more

They only sell lenses. For exams, they refer you to Dr. Kronick next door. 9/15/2006
