I have had the same problems with Bellevue LR as well as Seattle LR! I currently take my 95 Range Rover to Complete Automotive Specialists on Broadway/Union in Seattle (next to The Garage). I have been taking my car there for more than 5 years. Don't be fooled by the high end performance cars in the showroom. Behind the wall is a wonderful shop. In my opinion, Mike Tooley and Lloyd are two of the best Rover mechanics in town (they own a few classics themselves). They understand all the quirks common in Rovers and other British cars. They are honest and even will tell you if the repair can be done more economically by doing it yourself (i.e. replacing a fuse) or going directly to, for example, a muffler or alignment garage. Land Rover dealers would never! Lastly, although they can't run computer diagnostics (they would send your car to LR Seattle) and they don't have loaner cars, I still highly recommend them.
