Do not plan on getting your deposit back from these people. They are rude and unfair. When I moved in there was a leak in the front yard and my water bill was $100.00 more. She requested copies for several months bills that I sent and I have never been reimbursed. That was almost 3 years ago. I would never recommend them as a leasing agent. more

I have worked with Rebecca for many years both as a renter and as a landlord. She is top notch- very responsive to any problem that I reported as a renter. Any problem was usually corrected within 24 hours. Very experienced and professional property manager. Would highly recommend. more

Wow! After reading the 'creepy' review, I feel like contacting all the Columbia Property Management tenants I know and asking them to write their own reviews. I would love to know the story behind the previous review, but based on my experience with Columbia Properties, I have to guess that there is definitely another side to that story. My experience with Rebecca Fouche' and her business has been great...someone is always on call, when something has needed to be repaired, she or her office staff knows who to contact to do it right away, and the workmen are trustworthy and good. The apartments I looked at were all in move in condition. If you can follow logical rules, pay your rent on time and act like an adult, then I would definitely recommend Columbia Properties. more

The landlord, Rebecca Fouche, is really creepy. Once when I was very sick and home after a lengthy hospital stay, she sent me a really creepy letter saying she had heard ""noise"" in my apartment and told me to stop doing whatever it was I was doing. Noise? I was asleep the entire day! (I had let her know that I was sick and then she sends this bizarre letter?!) This year, she called and told me I was being evicted but no one would tell me why! (I pay my rent on time.) I finally had to have a police officer go through his records to confirm that I was not being evicted. And yet, a few weeks later, the company called again accusing me of being a delinquent rent-payer and insisting I pay now, even though my rent check had cleared the bank!!! The guy wouldn't listen to me! I kept telling him I had paid and he kept telling me that I was delinquent! Eh?!!! And don't even get me started on the repairs I need in my apartment -- the ones I can't get fixed -- after months of begging for maintenance. Do you want to be treated like this? Do you want your life affected this way by someone so creepy? more
