Dr Gregory Smith and his Assistant (sorry, I don't remember her name - but she was GREAT) did a wonderful job in replacing a filling. I suspect I may need a crown eventually, but I'm glad he's trying to get some more life out of this tooth. Everyone in the office is very friendly and competent. I've seen three other dentists here in town (one for eight years). None of them provided the level of care I have received here. I took a chance and began coming here based solely on information I found on their website. I'm so glad I did! more

If you knew me and my history with dentists....you would think I surely jest! but, Dr. Smith was so helpful today! I really loved that he found more life out of the tooth he thought he was going to work on and truly did the right thing by giving me the option of my teeth and what I wanted to get from them! Thanks for not just slapping an expensive crown on a slightly imperfect tooth that really was doing fine! You have gained my trust and I appreciate that! more

My son is very scared of being in pain while at the dentist. The staff is very nice and helped him be calm and pain free. They listened to his concerns which is very nice. Highly recommend Colorado Dental Group!! more

I usually dread going to the dentist EVEN for cleanings....but, I had the best cleaning ever yestrday. I was constantly informed as to what my teeth and gums were producing and why.....I feel very confident that I can trust the work provided there. I have had A LOT of dental work done in my past 50 years....but my future feels brighter! I think I can have a pretty smile again and I think my teeth and gums are going to be much happier! Thanks to that wonderful hygienist!!!! Thanks so much!!!! more

Came for my scheduled appointment and waited at least a half hour to 45 minutes past the time. Had the X-rays and exam from the dentist which was very quick in my experience and opinion. Then my hygenist came back after a while and said we would have to rescedule my cleaning because they were behind. I rescheduled and got a quote on some other work they claimed was discounted because I was a first time patient. These prices were not discounted and actually higher than what I was quoted by my previous dentist. The front desk people need a lot of customer service work. Overall not a good experience. The highlight was Amy, the second hygenist. more

In all my years of going to the dentist, this was the first place where the customer service was great from the front door to the back. I felt very at ease. more

I have been going to dentists regularly for over 30 years. I recently switched dentists because my former one no longer took my insurance. When I went in for my appointment, the hygienist probed my gums, measuring the gum line. She was not gentle and it was a painful experience. She said she had some bad news and said I had periodontal disease and would need a deep cleaning (below the gum line). In addition she refused to do a regular cleaning. Of course the deep cleaning cost much more. I went ahead and scheduled the deep cleaning, which they performed. As a result they destroyed a tooth that had a filling. They informed me that the tooth was bridle, yet they continued with the deep cleaning, and applied so much pressure that the tooth broke apart. Now I need to replace the tooth, which cost thousands of dollars. Colorado Dental Group was more than happy to work on my broken toothat my expense. I contacted my old dentist and told him what happened and he said I did not need the deep cleaning. I also went to a new dentist for a third opinion and he examined my teeth and he agreed; no deep cleaning needed. He just shook his head in disbelief when I told him what happened. This was the worst experience I ever had. more

The care and explanation of services was excellent. All the people of the office make sure that I am kept well informed and very well taken care of. more

I had braces as a child and always had good experiences at the dentist. Was referred to Colorado Dental Group through a friend. I was not impressed. Xray machine wasn't working, they were inexperienced, short and didn't explain anything. I don't normally write reviews but felt this called for it. more

The staff was incredibly friendly, and Dr. Frederick was a fantastic dentist. He was fast and very patient with my fear of dental work! more

This was a very good experience. I liked Dr. Frederick. He was very professional, friendly and informed. His confidence to correct an ongoing problem gave me confidence that at last, I will have a permanent solution. His assistant, Nikki, was also very personable and knowledgeable. Lastly, my interaction with Jennica at the front desk was very positive. I am grateful to the Group for letting me work out a payment plan since I am unemployed and on a very tight budget. One less thing I need to stress about in order to take care of my health!! I will be a patient for as long as I am a resident here. Thank you all again. Susie Heath more

I had my first visit today and it was great. The Staff are all very friendly and courteous. Dr. Gregory Smith was very knowledgeable and friendly. They seem to be using all the latest techniques in dental care and I am very impressed with the clean, beautiful office. Dr. Smith determined I need additional work - it is now scheduled and I walked out knowing exactly how much my portion of the cost will be. I also loved the Saturday office hours! They really seem to be considerate of the patient's needs. I look forward to a long relationship with Colorado Dental Group :) more
