Awesome, awesome, awesome...\r \r Great turnaround -- I needed full-size, full-color movie posters for a film festival, and they gave me next-day service without charging a thing! I'm not sure if they can always do this, but since they weren't especially busy when I called, they were willing to do a rush order without adding on a rush price!\r \r Great price -- I called around to many places, and other shops were DOUBLE what Color Images charged. The quality was just as good though, because they use archival inks.\r \r Great service -- they rolled all my posters into three separate tubes, and then walked me out to my car ( i was carrying a baby!)\r \r I live in West LA, and while the drive to Burbank ain't desirable, I would do it again in a heartbeat because Color Images is so good. more

I've been going to Color Images for over a decade now. I've followed them to their new location in Burbank, as they used to be located in Chatsworth. \r \r Let me tell you, for the money you save, and the service you receive, I would drive to Arizona if they moved there. \r \r I've never seen a staff of people who actually care so much (perhaps too much) about the satisfaction of their customers. To be honest, I think folks take advantage of their generosity. \r \r I've been in there before, where there was a customer who was clearly out of line and being ridiculous about his order details, and they still treated him with dignity and respect. \r \r When he left, I asked why they provide service to folks like that. They said because 99% of our customers are awesome...and we try to make everyone happy. This is by far the best copy and print shop in Los Angeles. They offer Xerox color copies for only 25 cents. The have Black & white digital copies for only 3 cents with no minimum order. They also have large format posters with laminating and mounting services. They are running a special to print any image to poster size (up to 24x36) with mounting for only $40.00. If you need anything printed make sure to call them first. You will be amazed at their customer service, quick turn around, high quality and their low prices.
