Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order that can delay processing and delivery. In these cases, ColoTexas customer service will attempt to contact you, using the information provided at the time of purchase. If ColoTexas is unable to reach you after its initial attempt, ColoTexas may cancel your order without further notice. more
