I had overall a good experience with Collision Solutions. They're real courteous, reliable, had decent prices, and took good care of my truck. I hit a deer on the road, and they were able to fix the damage and blemishes on the front of my truck. They kept me informed on everything that was going on and the work was great. I would highly recommend them since they did a really good job. It was my first time using them, and if I ever needed to, I would most definitely use them again. more

Satisfied customer 5/12/2014

I had a very good experience with Collision Solutions. I was in a fender bender, and my trunk was dented. They fixed the dents and repainted it. They did a great job with the body work. I am very well-satisfied, and I would recommend them to anybody. They also have good prices more

Quick, nice and reasonable price! 4/30/2014

I brought my car 3 times to Collision Solutions. ( 2 accidents, 1 windshield replacement) After the accidents owner Jeff quickly gave me an estimate and contacted my insurance agent. He is very sweet and easy to talk with. I was impressed that my car came back like a brand new and I was charged very reasonable low price! more

They are AMAZING! 4/30/2014

for the first time having an accident was surprising how comfortable with the repair the staff made me feel my car was in good hands. When having the car returned to.me it was as good as new maybe even better they even wash and vacuumed the car. Want to thank the staff for all there help with insurance and the ability to rent me a car on site. Was a bad experience made good. Will tell all my friend about the great service and friendly staff. Thank you Collision Solutions for making my first accident an good experience instead of bad. . more

Very professional, high quality work. 10/25/2013

Collision Solutions took the vehicle when they were supposed to and finished when they were supposed to be done. They delivered it to me at my house house clean, vacuumed out, and in perfect condition. I had been in an accident and had damage to the front bumper, hood, and windshield. I had used their service one other time. The service I got the first time I was there was the reason I decided to go back. The prices were great, the service was great, and it was just a good experience. more

I work odd hours at the hospital, and Collision Solutions were able to actually bring a rental car to my work to drop it off and pick up my vehicle. They took it, fixed it, and brought it back to me the same day. They also brought the paperwork to my work. You don't find that kind of service very often! more

We've had Jeff do work on cars more than once and he's always done a great job. His estimates are spot on. His work is outstanding. He has always been honest about what could and couldn't be done. He's offered good suggestions. I would highly recommend Collision Solutions to anyone. more

Best Body Shop in Quincy, Illinois 9/9/2013

I'm a lifelong Quincyan. The only body shop I use is CSI. I've used them numerous times with the same great results every time. Job is done well every time. They obviously know what they're are doing & I benefit from their knowledge and experience. more

Experience was to great satisfaction 8/22/2013

Jeff was very helpful in going the extra mile, to furnish a loaner car. the work was done in a few days. the end result being a repair made to factory specs. and a customer who is very satiafied. I will recommend Collision Solutions for great work Thanks Delores Mast more
