The Best Mattress Company 1/13/2009

I have used Coleman since 1989. I have bought five mattresses over the years. The first one I bought, had some of the threads coming loose after six years. I had lost the receipt, but they came to my house and picked up the mattress, (since they make them, they recognize their own), fixed the thread and returned it the very same day. I highly recommend this company. It is nice to have the same company that you buy from also be the company that makes them. Pros: Helpful and knowledgeable. Cons: location more

Bad quality and workmanship 3/29/2008

Company does not deliver the same product in their show room. Bought a memory foam mattress received ONE inch of memory foam on top of cheap hard foam. Very uncomfortable. Buyer beware with this shady company. Cons: Low quality mattresses, doesn't honor warranty, rip off more
