Business contact, Monday November 15, 2010 at 10:15 AM. I never actually made it to their shop. I called to verify if they had the tires I would need, new or used. The person who answered the phone said, "Hi", in a tone that suggested he was not pleased I had called. I asked if this was Colby's Tires and he indicated that it was with a harsh yes. I explained what I needed and he said, "Let me get you to a tire tech", using a tone that suggested he really didn't want to take to me. I hung up the phone. They either do so well they can chase customers away or they have no idea how to run a business. Sadly, Wal-Mart treats me better than these guys and that isn?t a great benchmark.
