We had our roof replaced Nov. 2008 with a 10 year warranty on roof leaks, etc. This past rainy season Sept. into Oct. 2009 we developed a leak & tried to contact them but their phone is out of order. Paul Sanders did come by early in year to give us his new number for warranty(417-770-3888). It is a working number but he does not return any calls, meanwhile our roof leaks. What turns my stomach is he ends his phone message with ""Have a blessed day"" like he's some kind of trust worthy Christian. I wonder, is this a man plagued with economic woes or just a snake in the grass I don't know because he won't call back. You decide
