John Byrne is an excellent representative for Walton company. I own an operate multiple properties in the area, and i have had lots of negative experiences with other organizations. I was very impressed with the service provided John and his company. He was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about his work. Excellant Service! 11/5/2015

Matt, truck 38 arrived early, was very polite and did a very great job, explaining in detail the service he was performing on our heating unit. He cleaned the system, repaired the unit and now it runs better then ever, leaving his working area spotless! Waltons took great care of us and performed the job right! more

Dave Heninger, the technician, replaced a part, tested it and explained everything in easy-to-understand lay person's language. Even replaced my heater filter and made some recommendations about which filters to use. Was very careful to wear the shoe coverings in the house. more

The Walton organization has always provided excellent service and price. I was the customer of a few other firms until someone recommended Walton and I tried them. I have not been disappointed. The whole company is very helpful and competent. My most recent experience was with Jason who fixed my water heater. He has been to my home before and is the best technician I have yet to encounter with any firm. Both my son and daughter use Walton as well. more

Great Experience 10/29/2015

My indirect hot water tank needed to be replaced. I got 2 estimates and Walton was significantly cheaper and had the tank in stock and could install it the next day where the other company would take a week to get it, so I went with them. The installers did a great job, very professional, and now I have hot water again. more

Prompt, Courteous, Job well done 10/22/2015

We needed to run some new heating pipes inside and both workers were very neat. They put down floor coverings, wore shoe covers and cleaned up afterwards. They were pleasant, courteous and got the job done quickly. Since it was a one day job, they didn't take a lunch break so they could finish quicker. more
