If you value your time do not go!!!! I waited everytime I had a confirmed accent appointment 30- 60 min. They over book. I called the corp office to complain and they are no help and just want your $$. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THEM!!!! more

After reading the first review, I really do not understand how anyone could have had an experience like that. The fact that their salespeople are not at ALL pushy is one of the things I like best about club tan!! They are all incredibly classy. Some people just make poor decisions and then expect people to bend over backwards to accomodate them. Anyway, Club tan and their med spa Forever Young are without a doubt the best quality, most upscale salons in the area. The best thing about it is that you would expect to have to pay an arm and a leg for what the offer, but in reality, they make it much more affordable than you'd ever think. They offer free financing for everything, with no credit check, so you can buy packages and pay monthly to what fits your budget. There is absolutely no reason to not go there. I will remain a client there for as long as I am in the area. more

It has been a while since I have wanted to tan, probably about 5 years or so. Boy have things changed. I went in to Club Tan and felt like I walked into a different world. It had the upscale salon feel without all the stuffy people. They have top of the line beds with great package prices. They will customize your tanning package to your desired goals. I love it and will not be going anywhere else! more

When I went in to talk to them about packages, they convinced me to sign up....VERY EXPENSIVE. It was my own fault, I could have said no, but there was an opt-out in the contract, so I bought it. Within the 3 days they give you to back out, I did what was required in the contract. I sent a certified letter to them telling them to cancel the contract and refund the money. After a lot of follow-up calls (it took over 3 months to get it worked out), I finally saw a credit on my credit card bill, but not for the full amount. When I called to inquire, they said they had me down as using one tan, and charged me almost $100 for it! I asked for the date of the visit and they couldn't tell me, nor did they have a record of a signature, although they require signatures when you come in for the tan. They gave me the number to their corporate office here in the area. I called and left numerous messages before someone finally called me back, telling me to call the site I bought the package at to resolve. I got the run-around for a long time and finally gave up trying. Thought about filing a report with the Attorney General, but unfortunately, never got around to it. Needless to say, they are the worst company I have ever had the unfortunate opportunity to deal with, and my advice to anyone reading this is to not do business with this company. more
