On October 5, 2012, I attended a fund raising event for Huntington's Disease. There was an auction with items donated from places including a ""Car for a day with a Driver"" from Cleveland Auto Livery Limousine Company. This Limo company donated this item for charity and I bid on this package, with my long time desire for a limo for a day. I called three times to set up scheduling on this item which they donated to this charity. I even offered to do this at their slowest time of year to make it easy on them. This first call was to a man who didn't know anything about it and said that Tim Angelone would return my call. Time went by and he never called. I called again and spoke with Mr. Angelone and he assured me that he would try to work ""something out"" and get back to me. Again, time went by and there was no response. I tried calling one more time and this time left a voice message and the call was not returned. I spent a great deal on my donation for this charity donated item. The promised limo for a day was never donated nor did I receive a call from them. I have copies of the program which state the donation in writing which has been not honored. This was Extremely unprofessional and they showed very unskilled behavior at the lack of response to me and a lack of ethics in not following through with their word. I would not recommend this Limo Service to people due to their resistant and unwilling treatment in this situation. To give their word for a donation to a charity and not honor it is very poor business.
