some agents are more techie than others. 8/7/2010

You do get your luck in picking agents. Years ago, I called to ask for assistance while using a Linux system. I called twice, and one agent flat out refused to troubleshoot, claiming they didn’t cover the Linux system. The other agent read me the standard disclaimer on Linux, then tried to help me. So clearly, some agents are more techie than others.some agents are more techie than others. more
