It has very bad service here in Jacksonville and they lock you into a two year contract. You have 10 days to try it and if you are 1 minute past that you are stuck. Customer servi...

My Choice! 11/30/2010

I opted for Clear Internet Service and Clear Voice for our home. The combo price, even after the special rate expires will save us $20/month. I replaced Earthlink and the most basic AT&T land line service. We get 3 or 4 bars of Clear signal consistently in our East Point neighborhood. more

solid connection 11/23/2010

I don’t have an Xbox but I do have PS3. I am now using Clear internet for my play station, playing GTA4(EoLC), RE5, Resistance 2, etc... and no lag. I played 5 hours ago and the connection was solid, continuous, and constant. Make sure you check your location make sure it is in the best connection range to get the same results. more

Customer Service 10/22/2010

I've called twice now with minor issues. Each time, the customer service people have gone above and beyond and been so helpful. I'm glad to see they value customer service. more
