I ordered Clear Home phone and just found out that it does not work with Security monitoring system. Be careful and do your homework like I should have. more

I used to use ""other"" internet providers but then I tried CLEAR and was blown away by the excellent service as well as the value! I will never switch back. It?s a CLEAR choice who to go with!!! more

latencies are somewhat bad 11/18/2010

Clear internet service has great speed, but the latency is a little bad. I can only play MMORPGs, FPSs are semi-playable. When I Googled to see why Clear has such bad ping, some traced a packet sent from their computers to Google and found out that if you live in Washington DC (like me), or anywhere else on the east coast, it sends it all the way to Washington state before it gets to Google! Bottom line, Clear has great speed and service but the latencies are kind of bad. more

Clear sales reps LIE! 11/8/2010

I am sending this out as a warning. We got Clear internet about 1 1/2 months ago and were lied to by the sales rep, had horrible internet speed, constant interruptions in service, and when we tried to cancel, they wouldn't let us! Then we found out that the sales rep had signed us up for a TWO YEAR CONTRACT but told us there was none! When we called again to cancel, we were informed of the 2 year contract and told there would be a $180 termination fee unless we transfered our account to a friend or family member! Bait and switch! As if we would subject anyone to this treatment! After over an HOUR on the phone arguing with us despite being transfered to a supervisor, the only way they were going to let us cancel was to classify our account as fraud, but we would still have to pay shipping charges to send the equipment back, and they would continue to charge us until they received the equipment. more

I take the bus to my school?s campus every day. I love being able to plug in my CLEAR modem and do work on my laptop during the ride. I can e-mail assignments, do last-minute studying and watch lectures. It?s awesome. more

They won't refund your money 11/2/2010

They won't refund your money and I had to change my debit card so they couldn't charge me for service I NEVER received and has since sent back the modem!! more

CLEAR on the go 10/29/2010

Well i still love it still getting crazy speeds better than when i had AT&T and we had a good rain storm and i still had 5 bars so very happy i also used my CLEAR on the go usb in a meeting i had and it was great more
