""No service"" 11/28/2010

I have been a subscriber to this internet ""no service"" for 1.5 years, stuck in a no good contract, they have been the absolute worst service available no faster than dial up charged me for web hosting that I never signed up for, and instead of reimbursing my acct. they offered a free month of hosting, of something I don't need. Wi max or not no way would I ever sign up with a company like this. more

Small but Amazing 11/26/2010

It's a small thing, but the most amazing part is that all you have to do is plug in the power supply, and then hook it up to your computer or your wireless router. There aren't any other lights on the Clear modem except 5 signal strength indicators - and that's all you do. more

it's not worth it 11/23/2010

Clear Internet sux major a$$ it's not worth it. The internet connection is off more than not. I hate it you can be right in the middle of something online and it just shuts off. I am a big COD: Modern Warfare 2 player and everytime I'm winning it just shuts off. Again it's not connected more often than it is connected. Do not waste your time or money I'm heading back to Time Warner ASAP. more

not yet reached full speed 11/18/2010

Just got CLEAR a week ago. I signed up 4? the 6MPS plan but I only average 3MPS on 4 bars. I only get 5 bars once or twice a day. I had ATT cheap plan & that was slow in comparison. My only gripe w/CLEAR internet service is that I am paying for 6MPS but I haven't reached that speed yet. I was told by a rep that they're still in a test phase or something so, not really sure when I'll be up 2 full speed. If I can get full speed then I will go around telling everyone 2 drop their current service and make the switch. more

Amazing provider! 11/8/2010

I was able to watch True Blood online last night since I don't have HBO at the new place. I'm just happy that I'm no longer with Comcast and my home internet is now faster than my cell phone!!! more

I just started using CLEAR Voice and it?s such an outstanding service. I work from home, so I?ve been utilizing nearly every feature. Being able to forward calls and check my voicemail through my e-mail account makes things much easier. I can accomplish more at once. more
