The office staff is AWFUL! They act as if they are doing you a favor. Dr Baaqee is an awesome Dr. But her staff is terrible! They are rude and have have awful customer service skills. They seem to forget how important the patient is!!!!! ALSO beware of being over charged and their billing department!!! Office manger is RUDE!!! I have to agree STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!! more

OMG... I cracked my tooth... I was so afraid. \r Long story short... after 3 visits, I have a tooth (they were able to save it)!\r I didn't feel any pain. \r I thought I was gonna die as I have no money but the front desk lady worked it out. They have a dental credit card... hard to believe that shht.... but I luv it. more

I went to Dr Baaqee for 2 years and most of the work they did besides a temporary bridge was acceptable. She is a good dentist and makes sure you feel little pain. But the people in there office do not stay around long and most do not seemed well trained. The ofice is very busy and the dentist is in and out leaving you with one of the assistants.\r \r I had a billing dispute that I talked to 4 different people on in the office at 4 different times to no resolve. I eventually had to pay the bill after I was told by those 4 different people it was going to be taken care of, so it did not hurt my wifes credit. I thought that was real shady and I have moved to a better more reliable dentist with people I know are of integrity and honor. Pros: Little to no pain, When you see Dr Baaqee she is good Cons: Office staff is very transient with very little knowledge more
