Great relaxing haircut 5/31/2011

My wife recommended this salon and I was initially skeptical. Rusty gave me a great cut and really took his time - lots of detail work and I didn't feel rushed. The scalp massage was awesome! I've driven by this location without stopping for 6 years and now I'm hooked! Only two minutes from my house, too! more

Great Experience at Claiborne's Salon 5/30/2011

I called and made an appointment saying "I need help!" Chrissy was great-- she was honest and thoughtful about what I needed and how we needed to get there! Fantastic color and styling... I was a different person when I left and am excited to make this my salon. Convenient ( no parking hassles) location is added bonus. more

Fantastic cut & color three weeks later! 5/28/2011

I came in weeks ago, very pregnant and wanting a cut and color that I could work with, would make me look good even after the baby, but I wouldn't have to worry about touching up until many months later since newborns don't exactly equal sleep! Trish gave me exactly that. I love my hair! It looks so good, even when I just pull it back in a ponytail. The color also helped pump up some volume. I still receive compliments on it, and as I said it's been over three weeks since my color and cut. I will definitely be back! more

Best Hair Color EVER!! 5/25/2011

I showed up for my first visit for color and a cut. They gave me the form to fill out, I loved that it asked about my daily hair routine and my daily routines for getting ready. Dale came in and greeted me and let me know that he would be my stylist. He checked my colors, I'm a summer, and talked about what color shades would look best on me. I could rave all day about him, he's absolutely amazing. I took my fiance to him and they came up with a plan for his hair. My best friend from Oregon said when she comes to visit she wants an appointment with Dale. I love my hair, he really listened to things I like and things I don't and understood my lack of ability to style my hair every morning. more

Love Claiborne's..but where's Nikki? 5/25/2011

I love this salon and am a faithful client to their star-splicing, my hair has never looked better and I have never looked more like a natural blonde :) But I called to make an appointment this week with my favorite, Nikki, and she is no longer with the company. If anyone has any information on how to reach her, please share! more

Rusty is the best! 5/11/2011

Update: For me, the hallmark of an outstanding cut is my ability to work with it and make it happen when it's just me. It's been several days now since I wrote my original review and I have to report in that my hair, even at my own hand, has never looked better! I attended a luncheon function yesterday and had no fewer than 6 ladies ask who does my hair. Thanks, Rusty. I'm looking forward to a loooong relationship. I have driven past the salon so many times so when I desperately needed some help, I called and they brought me in for a consultation with Rusty. I have never had better lines of communication with a stylist before and what he did with my hair exceeded my expectations. The color is delicious and he knew exactly what I wanted and what my hair needed. He took me immediately upon arrival, listened intently, said it back to me, and began to work. He is my hero and I love my hair for the first time in a very long time. Thanks, Rusty! more

Discount Got Me In, Cut Will Bring Me Back 5/9/2011

Few stylists can do a simple, ladies' short cut. In the looming search to replace my stylist of 10 years, I procrastinated. Three days prior to my wedding date, I called Claiborne's. I've never paid more than $20 for a cut, but what could I lose with 50% off the 1st visit? During the consultation & the cut, Rusty spent time listening, asking & adjusting, until he got the cut exactly how I wanted it. I'll be back. more

Wonderful Facial 5/1/2011

I got a great deal on a facial from Groupon. It was my frist time at Claiborne's and I was very impressed. My face feels wonderful and I got some great tips and advice from Donna. She didn't pressure me into buying a lot of expensive masks and skin care, but guided me to one product that would do several things for me and I only have to use it once a week! I will definitley be back. more

Fabulous!!! 4/29/2011

From the minute I stepped into Claiborne's to the time I left I felt like I was with family. Everyone was very kind and friendly. I was very fortunate to have DALE as my hair stylist . Dale cut and colored my hair and did a fabulous job. His personality is warm and friendly. I felt like I was talking to a friend that I have known forever. This was my first time at Claiborne's and it certainly won't be my last:) more

I felt welcome as soon as I walked in. Dale's consultation was exactly what I needed. The color and haircut were fabulous, and Dale did an outstanding job; he made me feel comfortable and special. The excellent experience makes me want to return. more

The Best Hair Repair, Color correction from damage I had 4/20/2011

I went in for a consultation, I met Dale and the Owner in the consultation room, we discussed what I wanted & the previous damage caused to my hair from a different salon that had cause breakage, Dale made me completely at ease, I went to my appointment the next day & fell in Love with Dales Kind personality, approchable and creative attention to details to help repair my hair & give me the look I had wanted. It was like we had known each other for years after my appointment. I look forward to haveing Dale as my Hair Stylist for many years to come. I would be comfortable with anyone at Claiborne's Salon to clients after seeing how nice the clients I saw leave they are a talented group. I have never had an Owner state that they wante me to be happy, that was so nice. I WAS VERY HAPPY & CLAIBORNE'S WILL BE MY SALON NOW. more

Great Hair Cut and Color!!! 4/16/2011

I haven't had a hair cut in some time because I wasn't happy with present salon and am always afraid of trying someone new. DALE is simply great! I was so comfortable and he knew exactly what to do. I mostly relied on his expertise and left with a great hair cut and color. Thank you Dale :) more

GREAT SALON!! 3/24/2011

My best friend went and saw a new hair stylist....and he did a great job on her hair. He invited me to come and have my hair done as well. I was skeptical because of past (bad) experiences. But as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by friendly staff. I didnt have to wait long. We barely even talked in the consultation room. Dale knew exactly what I was wanting. We looked through color options and he added to what I already thought I wanted. He was informative on products and the "do's and dont's" of taking care of my hair. He was super friendly and genuinely cared about what I talked about. By the end of my visit he was now a good friend. I even let him cut my hair! I was so pleased with the final outcome. I can't wait to go back. Thank you sooo much Dale Graham! I LOVE MY HAIR!!! more
