Great experience 1/8/2012

I was very pleased with my experience. I worked with Chandler and she listened to my needs and was open to suggestions but also added her expertise as well. The shampoo & conditioning treatments were very nice and I look forward to my next visit. more

An Amazing Experience 1/2/2012

I have only 4 words: Star Splicing - Teri Claiborne My hair looks amazing and Marietta is lucky to have Terri Claiborne. I live in Beverly Hills, CA and just returned from a 5 month stint in London. I can afford the best hairdressers, and I have used them from NYC to London to Beverly Hills. If I had the time, I would fly here once a month just so Terri could do my hair! Not only is the cut amazing, but the technique of Star Splicing that she created, makes my hair color look natural. I am 52 years old and she has made me look 38...easily! The staff at Claibornes's is first class and I have gone back since my hair appointment to use their spa services, and I could not have been more pleased. more

A Great Salon Experience 12/29/2011

I'm a newcomer to Marietta and was looking for a full service, professional salon that felt like "home". I found that today at Claiborne's! Morgan was the BEST. He was friendly, very knowlegeable and encouraging for me to try something different in a hair cut and color that I had been wanting to do for a long time. WOW am I glad that I did!! My hair looks the best it ever has looked. It can be scary to move to a new town and try to find services that were so familiar to you at home, but I am so glad that I chose Claiborne's and especially that I met Morgan. I've already scheduled my next appointment and look forward to a long standing relationship with this fine salon. more

Very friendly reception staff. Relaxed, peaceful enviornment with a wonderful facila which included hand, foot and shoulder massage. Very tailored to my own skin's needs! Lovely experience! more

Had to wait a little while to be greeted, but once I was greeted, the service was impeccable! Received a wonderful facial from Donna - only the 2nd facial I've ever paid for. Great experience and will likely return especially since it is close to work! Perhaps a pick me up for lunch one day... more

I am in love with this place! 12/3/2011

Claiborne is amazing! From the moment I walked in I was made to feel welcome. The staff are so sweet and definitely know what they are doing! I had a facial with Mary Catherine who is amazing it was so relaxing! She really knows how to make you feel good and special. She is so genuinely sweet! Rusty cut and styled my hair he was so personable. :) He worked with my hair and made it work better than I could have ever imagined. He was easy to chat with and really made the experience even more welcoming as well. Between Mary Catherine and Rusty I actually felt beautiful after such a long time! Thank you both! They are both so very professional, but so genuinely kind (a great balance)! I was very worried about going to a salon that I had never been to before, but they both made me feel like i was a long time client. I would recommend this salon to anyone who wants to be surrounded by amazing people who care about the client! I know I am going back for sure! more

Walk-In Wonderful! 11/15/2011

I was a nervous walk-in. After being with the same stylist for 20 years and having had one "hair amputation" while she was on leave, I was anxious. First, Trey put me at ease by showing me around the salon, giving me a services list and answering my questions. Then I met Morgan. He was direct, efficient and very personable. I've already scheduled for my next appointment. Nice to find a new "hair home". more

Gem in East Cobb 11/10/2011

I was skeptical about going to a local salon after going to a well-known franchise for years. Rusty was awesome. He listened, offered suggestions, and was SO fast! He is a great conversationalist and I feel like I spent 90 minutes with a new friend. Most of all - my hair looks amazing. The color is perfect and the cut will last me a long time. Go go go. more

I honestly can not express how impressed I am with Claiborne's Salon. Not only is the salon a Great place but the team LISTENS to you and truly gives you exactly what you are looking for in creativity, style, and much more. They are able to give you what you are looking for because they are professional, experienced, knowledgeable, and they actually take the time to make great suggestions and actually ask for your opinion about their recommendations. I can sincerely admit that I am 100% satisfied. When you visit this salon, make sure you ask for Rusty, he is truly a master of his occupation. He is very passionate about his work and the end result proves it! more

Fantastic salon - best experience I've had in Atlanta! 10/26/2011

This Marietta salon is a true gem. The team are fantastic, and the salon is professionally run and creates a wonderful welcome to new and existing clients. We used a deal we found online, and I had a great experience with Donna (the best facial I've had in a long time) and I decided on the spur of the moment to book straight in for a wash and blowout with Morgan, who was also fantastic. I felt like they listened to what I wanted, and made great judgements about the products and services that would work best for me. An awesome find, and we will definitely be back - thank you SO much, Claiborne's!! more

Rusty Tidwell is a hair genius!!! 10/11/2011

Love visiting Rusty at Claiborne's Salon!!! Every time I walk out feeling like a new woman. His cuts are fantastic and his color is amazing too. He takes the time to really consult with his clients and help them to decide what looks really work for them. He is patient, kind and fun to work with. He turned me from a dark brown to a light blonde and everyone I meet thinks its natural! Run, don't walk to Claiborne's Salon where the service is amazing and the staff even better. more

Great expericence! 10/8/2011

I had a great experience! I had a horrible cut from another salon, and Chandler fixed me right up! She listened to my needs and made me feel comfortable. For anyone who has had a bad experience, you know how important that is!!! They also had complimentary hand massages while I waited for my highlights to dry : ) Very nice touch, very relaxing!! more

Great Service and Experience! 10/5/2011

I went to Claiborne's recently for the first time because I was very tired of the salon I had been going to for years. I needed something new as my hair just looked "blah." Rusty gave me a fabulous cut with highlights. The whole experience was relaxing and enjoyable. The best part is that Rusty even did my makeup for me, as I came to the salon that day wearing no make-up. He did an awesome job with my makeup- a very natural look. The staff of the salon was so kind to take a picture of me after all my hair and make-up was done, and now I have a GREAT photo of me looking my best for LinkedIn and Facebook. It was truly an exceptional visit. more

I had a fabulous facial by Mary Catherine! I've had several in the past and I have to say this was one of the best! She was very genuine and asked questions about my skin and listened to what I had to say and what I wanted to get out of the experience! I will definitely go back and recommend her to everyone! more

    The Services
    Clients walk through the hair salon to reach the small treatment rooms, which offer cozy touches and warmer decor than the common areas. Look for a full range of services, including body treatments and special massage services, such as shiatsu and reflexology.
