The Condo Shop at CityView 12/23/2008

If you are looking for a new Condo at Cityview the best place to go is The Condo Shop. They are located in the north tower. Michele Knows all the inside information. If there is a For Sale Buy Owner and the other agents are not aware of it You can Count on Michele to what the deal is. Walk in and say hi and ask if she knows of anything that is coming up for sale.\r 215-MyConod (692-6636). more

You can't Beat CityView 2/16/2006

I am very happy at CityView. I love my condo with the open layout and the wall to wall windows. I have a great view of the city. Also, I really appreciate the helpful staff. I feel very safe here with the 24 hour security and 24 hour concierge. In addition, we have a doorman. I really feel like I belong to a community. Pros: security, amenities, views more

not that bad 10/23/2005

Mgmt has changed since the last two reviews. The new mgmt along with the homeowners association are working hard to fix any current problems. The location and convenience is unmatchable. Parking spaces are pricey but there is plenty of street parking. It's not a bad place to live :) plus, 24 hour front desk and security is back! more

Don't Buy Here ! 12/16/2003

This place initially looks great with really good value, but don't be fooled. The construction work is very poor. Broken items are simply patched after weeks of requests. The office staff is very hard to work with and construction management's attitude is worse! Parking spaces are $20,000-30,000 and there are serious water leaks everywhere! Once they have your check, they're done with you!!!! Pros: location, location, front desk staff Cons: WATER LEAKS, WATER DAMAGE, MANAGEMENT more

Look Elsewhere 12/13/2003

Misleading advertising may lure you into this complex, but take the advice of many who have fallen into the trap. 1)there is NO 24 Hr. Doorman 2)there is no shuttle service 3)the washer/dryer units necessitate taking laundry elsewhere 4)the towers are mold infested secondary to excessive water leaks and may render you ill 5)management is arrogant and has no concept of customer service 6)many occupants are unhappy and have litigation pending Pros: Maintenance Staff, Location, Parking Cons: Management Staff, Water Leaks, Misleading Ads more
