We love this resturant for special occasions. Very expensive, but you get world class food and it's very relaxed. With the tasting menu, you can spend two hours there, so it feels like you got your money's worth. We stayed three nights at the Wentworth Mansion for part of our honeymoon. The restaurant was really just ok. We wanted to do a tasting menu, and really spend some time, but there was none offered and no additional items to the menu. Everything we had was very good, but not great. We enjoyed a bottle of white wine at the bar, but the restaurant still charged us corkage for the bottle of red we had for dinner. Other than that, I really have no complaints. And it wasn't outrageously expensive either. I just wanted the wonderful experience I had staying at the hotel to be matched by the restaurant, and it wasn't. Pros: Great location, pretty dining room. Food. Cons: Not very personable service. Slightly overpriced. Small portions. more
