We moved to this area a few months ago from out of state and were very apprehensive about finding a new Orthodontist to follow my daughter's current orthodontic therapy. We were recommended to this office by my sister, and I can't possibly say enough good things about them. Their office staff made us feel very welcome and their staff and Doctors are very caring and knowledgable. I felt that everyone treated my daughter as if she was their own. Our previous Orthodontist left big shoes to fill; not only did your office fill those shoes, they may have even made them larger! Thank-you so much! more

My 8 year old son had his first orthodonist appointment and he was very nervous, as well as myself. The staff was very welcoming and very courteous. They made us feel very comfortable. The office was very clean and modern. I highly recommend them to anyone. more

I spent a lot of time researching orthodontic practices and West Chester Orthodontics came out on top in every area. From the initial evaluation to the care once braces are removed, the level of service is exceptional. Dr Cassinelli and Dr Shanker treat each patient with respect and courtesy. They take time to explain everything and you are never rushed. The orthodontic assistants are always very encouraging and positive with the patients. The office staff are friendly and helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them. Added to this is the 'state of the art' orthodontic office with the latest treatments being offered. Finally...did I mention the delicious free tea/coffee machine in the waiting room. more

Dr. Cassinelli's care for my sons' dental needs as well as my own is outstanding and is unmatched in the city.He is truly the best of the best. Our family could not be more pleased with the results as well as the process. Dr. Cassinelli has a very calming way of making dental work a pleasant experience. He listens intently to the patient's concerns and then spends as much time as you need explaining the proper treatment. His staff is wonderful and very patient-oriented and our family especially loves Cheryl, the receptionist. This is an important job as Cheryl is your first impression of the office and always does everything she can to accomodate your needs. And we love the new office in West Chester..everything is up to date and state of the art. Bravo to everyone at Dr. Cassinelli's office...you all are great and the consummate professionals. Thank you! more

I was recommended by a friend that I need to bring my teenager here. I am so grateful I did. All the staff including the doctors have a great bedside manner. They answer all questions without hesitation and explain all procedures before performing them. My daughter loves coming to her appointments! more

I am on my second child going to West Chester Ortho and I will take my third when the time comes. The front office staff is friendly and helpful, especially Cheryl. Dr. Shanker has been great with both of my kids. He explains everything that needs to be done and why. I recommend the office to anyone looking for a great ortho experience. more

Dr. Cassinelli was extremely generous in doing an impromptu consult for our son upon my request to schedule such an appointment. I was in the office for one of our other children and in an attempt to limit my travel back and forth, the practice squeezed us in right then. They did a thourough job and were exceptionally helpful and kind. more
